Stephen Davis, son of the late Ruby Jackson Davis, was born November 2nd, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York. He entered into eternal rest on November 6th, 2020 in Bethune, South Carolina.

Stephen was educated in the public schools of New York. In 2011, he became a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York where he was also baptized. Stephen was an usher and he sang in the male choir.

Stephen worked in commercial construction. He also worked with his church as a maintenance man and custodian. He loved family and did his best to support them.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Jackson Davis; son, Stephen Sirkwan Davis; brothers, Little Lawton, Darryl Davis and Thomas Davis, Jr; grandparents, Lawton and Rosa Lee Jackson; and a special aunt, Lula Mae Dyers.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife, Melissa Earle-Davis; children, Kawan Davis, Kareame Davis (and his mother, Cheryl), Stephen Barksdale (and his mother, Darlene), Daisha Clark (and her mother, Frances), Stephanie Davis (and her mother, Deanna), Zeidel Clark (and her mother, Frances), Jayson Earle, Serenity Earle and Elijah Earle (and their mother, Melissa); siblings, Harold Davis, Gregory (Rosetta) Davis, Reuben Keith Davis, Daniel Davis, Anthony (Melba) Davis, Tammy Davis, Rodney Davis and Felicia Davis; grandchildren, Charisma Davis, Summer Davis and Stephon Davis; Godson, Gariel Bowers; special Goddaughter, Hannah Bowers; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
