Pauline Hudson

Mrs. Pauline Hudson was born on August 29, 1936 in Lugoff, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Ruben Outten and Liza Harris Outten. She entered into eternal rest on November 27, 2017, at Palmetto Health in Columbia, South Carolina. She was the wife of the late Mayceo Hudson, Sr. Pauline was educated in the public schools of Kershaw County. Pauline worked for many years doing housekeeping both private and professionally at the Days Inn in Lugoff, South Carolina. Pauline was baptized and received her early Christian Education as a member of Sutton Branch Baptist Church in Lugoff, South Carolina. She later became a member of Life In The word Outreach Ministries in Camden, South Carolina. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Mayceo Hudson, Jr., parents, two sisters, Mammie Outten, Lousie Outten and one brother, Willie James Outten. Pauline leaves to cherish her precious memories four daughters, Bernice Outten, Columbia, SC, Dorothy Outten, Josphine Simon, Betty Corley all of Camden, SC; one step-daughter, Henrietta (James) Macon from Columbia, SC; three sons, Joseph Outten of Camden, SC, Jerome Hudson of Columbia, SC, Jeffrey (Lisa) Hudson of Rembert, SC; four stepsons, Mayceo Hudson, Jr. of Lugoff, SC, James Hudson of Eastover, SC, Leroy (Perlinda) Hudson of Atlanta, GA, Luther (Angelika) Hudson of Colonial Heights, VA; one sister, Maggie Outten of Lugoff, SC; two brothers, Alvin (Maggie) Outten, John (Carolyn) Outten both of Elgin, SC; sister-in-laws, Thomasenia Bluford of Lugoff, SC, Geraldine Outten of Elgin, SC; a very special niece Bernice (Victor) Palmer of Columbia, SC; twenty one grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and caring friends.
