The friends and family of Ms. Daisy Mae Rutherford are invited to visit the funeral home for public viewing on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2 PM until 5 PM. Funeral services will be private.

Ms. Daisy Mae Rutherford was born April 19, 1937 in Cassatt, South Carolina to the late Deacon Roosevelt Rutherford and the late Sarah Belton Rutherford. She entered into rest on December 6, 2021 in Camden, SC at MUSC Kershaw Health.

Ms. Rutherford attended Kershaw County Public Schools and she was a member of Hyco Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Rutherford was preceded in death by her parents, Deacon Roosevelt Rutherford and Sarah B. Rutherford; siblings, Roosevelt Rutherford, Jr and Sarah Lillian McLeod.

She is survived by her brother, Deacon Willie J. Rutherford of Cassatt, SC; sisters, Earline Frierson of Cassatt, SC, Dorothy Rutherford of Paterson, NJ, Martha Faye Rutherford of Brooklyn, NY, Joan (Leander) Dunham of Bethune, SC and Hattie (Clarence) Hampton of Camden, SC; uncle, James Williams of Camden, SC; aunt, Maggie Fowler of Cassatt, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish her memory.
